Saying Goodbye to this Blog...
How weird, huh, to intentionally abandon a blog? Why would I
do that?
Well, I will explain, but first, let me say that I intend to leave it
up, in case there is information here that might be helpful to anyone. I have
learned a lot from abandoned blogs! So it will still be here, but this will be
my last post.
Why? Well, although I still love dressing my truth and will
keep right on doing it as a type 3, I found out recently that the company,
Dressing Your Truth, is ending their share program. What that means for me is
that I can no longer earn commissions from the sale of dressing your truth
courses.
That is sad news for me, because I was hoping to make this
my main gig! I really believe in wearing who you are on the inside on the outside.
And I had BIG plans to make a living helping women find out about this program.
Now that that is no longer a possibility, I am going to move on to that other
thing I’ve been doing…
If you want to stay in touch or just come and say hello,
come visit me over at my other blog at http://www.seasonalcoloranalysis.net
where I will still be talking about creating a capsule wardrobe, and finding signature style. And sharing outfit posts with Real Momma, Real Style and The Pleated Poppy. And setting goals and reporting on my progress (or lack thereof) for the 3 in 30 challenge.
I have loved this past year and all of you who have been
reading along!
Blessings as we all keep dressing our truth!!

"I thought I didn't feel good in my clothes because I was not my ideal weight. I am still not my ideal weight, but since learning how to dress my truth I feel like I look good. I haven’t felt that way for years. And all thanks to this remarkable new way of seeing myself." –Michelle, posting on Carol Tuttle’s Facebook wall.

Awe - will you be setting up a new personal blog?
~sniff~sniff~ Really? I'm glad you will still be around somewhere on the net though. I will start visiting you at your other site.
Hi Aurie! Well, my other blog is a mixture of personal and helpful, just like this one. Hope to see you there :).
Hi B.! Oh good, I'm glad you'll still come to visit :).
I'm so disappointed. I was just getting to know your mom and son.
Hi Grammy Goodwill! I'm quite disappointed, myself!! I will still be talking about them over at my other blog, though. In fact, my mom has already made an appearance :).
Thanks for visiting my blog and the nice comment.
Sorry about the situation with this blog. At least you have your other one to dedicate your efforts towards.
Daphne.

Hi Daphne! Thanks! I agree, it helps that I have the other blog.
I have only just found this blog, so I guess I'll start following you on seasonal color analysis.

Blogging at Inspired Capsule.
Hi Trudy! Thanks!! That would be great. See you there :).
Sorry to see you go. I wish you the best in your other endeavors. :)
Thanks, Linda!! Hope to see you at the other blog.
Are you sure we don't earn referral points from our links. I can't say I paid much attention... I thought they added our own purchases to the rewards system. I hate to see you let this go, you are good at it.
Also I was watching youtube for folding scarves. I think you should do a video on how you folded this one. I see the knot in the center. I guess if I finally buy the scarf, I might figure it out. But I am not sure what to do with the loose ends.
I figured out how to wear the yellow mustard one and the one that looks like a style guide to keep warm (someday)!
Hi Denise! I think what is happening is that we will be rewarded with store credit. Not actually money we could deposit into the bank. Which is what I need to make a living. But I appreciate your kind thoughts!
Hey, if you check out my other blog, I have a scarf tutorial in the hopper, with a video! I can't remember which day it's going to post, but it might be next week?
Always good to see you!
Jeanine, I too had just found you, and will miss you, but look forward to following you at www.seasonalcoloranalysis.net. Thank you for finding me and introducing yourself.
I'm so glad I did! Thanks for your willingness to follow me over to the other blog.
I appreciate you clarifying the difference in reward system. I think you could qualify for a job on the DYT team.
Hi Denise! Thanks!! What a nice thing to say. I think it would be fun to work for them and was very excited about the affiliate program before they got rid of it :).
