Three in Thirty: Are You on Track to Meet Your Goals?
My Goals this Month...
(1) For Lent, I have been getting up early every morning (I know! I can hardly believe it, myself!!). So my goal is to continue doing that this month.
Well, I am doing it! But I have to admit that I never actually want to get out of bed and it takes me a while to wake up and be alert. Allergies may be part of the reason for that, I'm not sure. But I am hoping to gradually be able to get up earlier and earlier, and that won't be this month. I know that for sure!
(2) Develop my signature style: wasn't sure what to call this one, but the primary reason I am doing Project 333 is to road test what's in my closet. Does each item I picked express who I am, do I love it & does it love me back? That is the question.
And the answer, so far, is YES! However, I can already tell that my wardrobe is dividing into favorites and secondary favorites. At some point, I will try to determine the differences and decide what that might mean about my style.
(3) Decide how I will repurpose my content: as I blog and guest moderate for Six Items or Less, and create blog posts here as well, I need to consider how I will repurpose my content.
I'm writing a book! A mini-book, actually, and I have it mostly written, have both repurposed and added new, but still need to tweak it & decide on the final organization of it.
How are you doing with your goals?

What a great post! I'm so glad to hear that your goals are going well. I'm behind on mine, but only slightly, and by Monday should be on track again. I'm taking part in the Ultimate Blog Challenge, the Poem A Day Challenge through Writer's Digest, and the Script Frenzy Challenge, where you write a 100-page script in 30 days. I know, crazy, on top of my full-time job, but I want to do this more than anything, to boost my writing productivity, and so far so good! :)
WOW, Krissy!!! You are busy this month!Congratulations on getting all of that done in one month. I, too, am doing the Ultimate Blog Challenge and will look for you there.
This is a great post, Jeanine! I didn't know you were writing a "mini-book". Look forward to hearing more! :)
I was reading the "about me" and realized we have alot in common....ur INFP, I'm ENFP...lol. I love frosted flakes and apple pie, too. If you ever get to Madison for any reason, there's an amazing community bakery here with the best pie. I'll treat us to apple pie sundaes. :)
Steve, apple pie sundaes? You're speaking my language! We can have Frosted Flakes for breakfast, apple pie sundaes for lunch, a nap after all that sugar and then a walk to help keep us beautiful :).
Yes, the idea came to me because of the popularity of a keyword phrase I use here on the blog. I thought, "that should be a book title!" So I merged my half-baked plan for a book w/ my new idea.
Almost finished w/ the writing.
Sounds like your goals are going great! I need to make the getting up early goal one of mine...I'm SO not a morning person!
Love the post! I really like your goals!

You have made great progress - and a book!! Woohoo :) Awesome!! Paper or e-book?
You've done great. I know how hard it is to get up early and I've got kids helping out, but it does get easier.
You're doing great! The book is exciting news. :)
@Kara, LOL! Neither.am.I, let me tell you! It ain't easy.
@Hannah, thanks! I'm glad you like them.
@Aurie, thanks! It's going to be an ebook, but I might do some kind of print-on-demand thing w/ Amazon. I'm not sure.
@Michelle, thanks for the encouragement! I really appreciate it. You're right, it is hard.
And actually, my son has often volunteered to come get me, and occasionally, I have let him, but I found out he was waking himself up earlier to do that & I didn't want that, so now, I get myself up.
@Nichole, thanks! I'm excited about it, too.
Great job! April looks good on you! =) I got your comment, I would love to send you a catalog. Email me directly with your address and I will have one in the mail tomorrow. laurastarnes@ymail.com
Laura, thanks! LOL, I hope it will continue to look good on me. Okay, I will do that!
